Malcolm X was born on May 19, 1925 and his born name was Malcolm Little. Throughout his life time he accomplished many things and he also went through a lot of rough times. Later he became an African American Muslim Leader and human rights activists. Malcolm X championed the rights of African Americans and urged them to develop racial unity. His life changed when he went to prison and met Elijah Muhammad who was an African American religious leader.
Before Malcolm X went to prison he was known as Red and he would elaborate burglaries targeting the residences of healthy white people. On January 12, 1946 he was arrested when he went to go pick up a watch that was stolen at a jewelry shop. The shop owner called the police because the watch seemed to be too expensive for him to be having one and was sent to prison. While in prison Malcolm X became a member of the Nation of Islam and later becoming a leader.
Throughout his life he accomplished many things like becoming a good speaker and a rights activist. Later he gets married with Betty Sanders who is a nurse. Malcolm then has four daughters with Betty. They also had twins that were born after Malcolm s assassination so he had six daughters.
